 Excellent drivers make it easy to relax for your full vacation  – We used Lucian Vibe for airport pickup and transfer to Ti Kaye Resort & Spa (~90m from airport) as well as pickup from Ti Kaye and transfer back to the… read more airport. We also used their Fast Track add-on service, which got us through customs and into our car with ease and efficiency. We had two different drivers and cars each direction, and both were lovely. The drivers are friendly, professional, and 100 times better at navigating the particularly windy, mountainous, and challenging roads of St. Lucia than we ever could be. We booked the “luxury SUV” option, and both cars felt luxury. The interiors were spotless, smelled new, and had top-tier air con, which we deeply appreciated in the steamy weather.  Beware…. Took our money and didn’t show up the airport  – We emailed and scheduled a round trip transfer with Fast Pass service. 
 Upon arrival, there was no one to meet us at the airport. We flew through security, so… read more Fast Pass wasn’t needed. We tried calling them at the airport but no. Umber was in service. 
 After finding alternative transportation, I immediately emailed Lucian Vibe to figure out what happened. They quickly responded and said they had us booked for a different day and apologized. They offered to refund our card.
 As we were beginning our vacation, I told the refund would be fine as their services were never rendered. 
 It’s been an over week now and they decided to cease all communication and to no surprise, no refund has been issued.
